RMM Agent Transfer

We have just completed a migration to our new RMM system. We have now got greater flexibility to remotely support your devices and have greater reporting capabilities. The agent has been push installed to all mahines which had the old system in place and we are now working to get it onto all devices which we support.

With the new system in place and agent installed we will instantly be able to offer remote support to both PC and Mac users and resolve the problems quicker.
